Refund Policy

1. Automatic Subscriptions

Upfixe, Unipessoal LDA, trading as EU Fund Portal, provides a digital subscription service. If you are enrolled in a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel your automatic subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of a subscription charge.

If your refund request is submitted within that 14-day window, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact support@eufundportal.com with your account email address and the details of the charge. You may also contact Paddle directly if your payment was processed through Paddle.

4. Cancellations

When you cancel your subscription, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period unless a refund is issued.
